Haikoo Massage & Float specialises in Remedial Massage, Osteopathy and Floatation Therapy.  All of our therapists are minimum Diploma or University educated and trained in various modalities. Health Fund rebates for Massage and Osteopathy are available through HICAPS.  This busy 4 room clinic is situated in the vibrant hub of Charing Cross just a 10 minute walk from Bondi Junction.

Aria comes to us originally from Korea where her love of Latin Dance led to her competing and doing a Bachelor in Sport and Dance. She also did Beauty and Massage in both Korea and in the 5 years she has been in Australia. She saw the benefits of massage on her clients and decided to do further study.

In her spare time she loves spoiling her cat and working out at the local gym!

Daniela (Mon, Sun)

Daniela has always had a big interest in sport.  During university she played on the rugby and basketball school teams.  She worked as a nurse in the Emergency department in Chile for 5 years.  She loved the fast pace and variety of
patients she saw. 

Daniela decided to travel and ended up in Australia. She continued her interest in the body through studying Remedial Massage.  We’re lucky to have her with us! Her treatments are firm and sporty.

Daniela loves the beach lifestyle here.  In her free time you’ll find her playing touch rugby, doing yoga or free diving.

Eva used to have a massage and beauty business in Ghongzhou, China. She was an avid badminton player when she was younger. Knee problems led her to treat her injuries with Chiropractors and Traditional Chinese Medicine.  This piqued her interest in bodywork.  She decided to come to Australia five years ago to continue her studies.

She incorporates Remedial massage with the Traditional Chinese techniques in her treatments.  She enjoys furthering her education and the Australian lifestyle.

Margie is originally from New Zealand; she is friendly, authentic and has a beautiful healing energy.  Margie specializes in Deep Tissue, Remedial and Pregnancy Massage.  Her experience working with an Osteopath for the past 4 years has allowed her to quickly recognise the client’s areas of concern and to treat them with appropriate deep tissue techniques. 

She is an avid runner; she has participated 15 times in the City to Surf and is now sharing her training methods with her daughter who is currently competing at State and National Levels in Athletics.

Isabel Gaiton

Isabel has been doing Remedial Massage Therapy for over 15 years. She studied 3 years full time at TAFE NSW and accomplished her Diploma of Health Science in Massage Therapy and from these studies she acquired knowledge on Nutrition, Aromatherapy and Reflexology. She also studied 2 years full time midwifery at UTS and although ultimately, she returned to massage therapy, the practice she always felt drawn to, the gains from these studies are of great benefit for her pregnancy massage treatments.

In more recent years she has trained in Myofascial Cupping and Kinesiology Taping techniques that she may use and combine with her remedial, trigger point therapy, sport or relaxation massage to tailor an individualized session for her clients.

She is also a qualified Yoga teacher and used her expertise to recommend mobility exercises to her clients to help them maintain and enhance the benefits of their massage.

In her free time you will find Isabel out walking her 4 pugs!

Jacqueline (Tue, Wed, Sat, Sun)

Jacqueline grew up in Canada and started long distance running at a young age. As a result of her constant training and tennis playing, she frequently had injuries which brought her to see different soft tissue therapists where her interest in bodywork started. She also has a background in Nursing and worked at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies supervising Massage students in the clinic. Her 19 years of experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist led her to open Haikoo Massage & Float.

She does Neurokinetic Therapy treatments which combines movement assessment, motor control theory and manual muscle testing. NKT identifies the cause of pain and dysfunctional movement patterns and works to reprogram these dysfunctions. To check her availability, please call the clinic on 8068 1809.

Neuda has over 7 years of experience as a Remedial Massage Therapist. She is also trained in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Myofascial Release. She has a clinical but also intuitive approach to her treatments and is very good at finding tight spots. Neuda uses Mindfulness during her treatments, being fully present for her clients. She has a very firm, yet gentle and nurturing touch. 

Neuda's love for knowledge and helping others has her now doing a Certificate of Craniosacral Therapy and a Diploma of Counselling. She is a self professed Neuroscience geek and can talk Polyvagal Theory for hours. She intends to use her new qualifications alongside her bodywork techniques to offer a whole body-mind treatment.

In her spare time Neuda enjoys her Barre classes and Kundalini Yoga.

Gianina (Sat)

Gianina studied dance at University.  She danced and taught in her native Chile for five years. She wanted to learn more about movement and went to Thailand and India where she studied yoga and massage. She came to Australia and studied Fitness and worked as a Flexologist at the Stretch Studio.

In her treatments, Gianina likes to add PNF stretching to increase her clients flexibility and improve mobility. She incorporates all that she has studied the last 10 years to help her clients live a better life connected to their body, soul and mind. In her spare time you can find Gianina doing acro yoga and dancing salsa!

Rob (Tue, Wed)

Rob has 10 years experience working as a massage therapist.  He’s worked alongside several renowned Osteopaths and continues with David Vivian Jones in Double Bay.  Rob studied Remedial Massage at Randwick TAFE and also studied Anatomy at UNSW to deepen his knowledge. 

He’s caring and has a firm and therapeutic touch.  Rob is good at finding your problematic tension spots and releasing them.  In his free time he loves body surfing and is a self proclaimed “botany nerd”.

Tomomi (Temporary Leave)

Tomomi became interested in
Aromatherapy when she learned of its benefits for terminal care patients.  She took it up as a hobby in Japan and wanted to learn more about its therapeutic effects. She came to Sydney and completed the Diploma of Aromatherapy. This piqued her interest in the human body so she continued on with the Diploma of Remedial Massage. She ended up being awarded top student in clinic at her graduation. 

Since then she has studied Myofascial Release, she’s become a Reiki Master and an Infant Massage instructor. She has a gentle touch but powerful effect on her clients.  She mixes up her techniques depending on the person
presented to her.  Often clients come to see her to have jaw work done which can benefit people that grind their teeth, have temporal headaches or post dental work.  She also enjoys giving tips to new moms on bonding with their new
babies.  She’s gathered quite the following of clients at Haikoo the last nine years!  In her spare time she enjoys being a mom and bringing up her 2 year old baby.

Hiroko previously studied rhythmic gymnastics, ballet and contemporary dance for over 10 years in Japan. After experiencing many injuries, she became curious to learn about the human body and how to rehabilitate it.  She became a Pilates Instructor teaching Reformer group and Mat classes and also private one on one sessions.

This was the start of a new passion which led her to branch out into Remedial Massage. This enabled her to pursue her passion of helping people in pain and suffering from injuries. Hiroko takes a holistic approach to her treatments, using her experience and knowledge to treat and assist with recovery of her clients.


Valentina (Temporary Leave)

Valentina comes to us from Chile.  When she was younger, she competed in gymnastics and loved playing soccer.  She did her Physiotherapy degree there, then did some traveling and loved it in Australia so much she wanted to stay! She is currently working towards getting her qualifications recognized here.

Her massage style is remedial and firm. She finds shoulders particularly interesting and would like to specialise in them.

In her spare time she likes to cook healthy vegan meals and has just completed a Nutrition Diploma. She also loves training outdoors and cycling.

Max has been playing football since he was 4 years old. His passion for soccer led him to become a goalkeeper in the
National Premier League. He later moved to England to pursue his career but his journey was cut short due to a knee injury which required a rehab program.
Through the treatment he received, Max developed an interest for physical
therapy and decided to study Remedial Massage.

Max has a keen interest in lower back and hip issues. He has a remedial/myofascial style and incorporates stretching into his treatments.

He enjoys surfing and travelling
in his spare time.


Dr. Felicity Marguin (Tue, Thu)

Felicity has been practicing as an Osteopath for over 10 years.  Her treatments consist of manipulations, soft tissue stretching, dry needling and taping to restore the body’s balance.  She’s very hands on as she practiced as a massage therapist for 7 years before she started her Masters in Osteopathy.  She also tutored and supervised in the Osteopathic Student Clinic at the University of Western Sydney.  

She seeks to prevent and treat disorders such as back and neck pain, headaches, joint pain, arthritis, repetitive strain injuries (RSI), vertigo, sciatica, sports injuries and tendonitis.  She also treats pelvic floor dysfunctions.  She strongly believes in aftercare and referrals to other practitioners when necessary.

Dr. Ash Good - Locum (Wed, Sat)

Masters in Osteopathy / Bachelor of applied science

Ash joins us with more than 10 years experience as an Osteopath. She is passionate about helping her patients understand their pain and how to manage it effectively to ensure long term relief. She has a holistic approach to treatment, appreciating there are many factors that contribute to presenting symptoms and tailors her treatment to each individual patient. Ash is focused on helping her patients live healthier and feel better. She commonly treats neck pain, postural related pain, back pain, headaches, sciatica and sporting-related injuries.  

Outside of the clinic she loves running and enjoying the coastal track we have on our doorstep!

Advanced Diploma of Business Management, Yoga Teacher

Lili originally came to Australia on holidays and loved it so much she decided to stay! 

When she was younger she used to compete in what the Hungarians formerly called “Acrobatic Rock and Roll”.  Now in her spare time she enjoys keeping herself busy with Zero Waste DIY, volunteering for Sea Shephard’s beach clean ups and the Centennial Parklands Bush Regeneration Program.  Lili is more than happy to help you with any queries you have.



Vanessa came to Australia on a holiday and loved it so much she wanted to come back and study! She used to work for Royal Caribbean International and is now studying Travel and Tourism Management.

She loves to travel and meet people from around the world. A healthy lifestyle is important to her; she loves swimming, going to the gym and enjoys making healthy dishes!


Diploma of Remedial Massage

Stephen studied Remedial Massage 16 years ago. He was asked to teach at the Australasian College of Natural Therapies (ACNT) where he  taught all Clinical subjects including: remedial massage, musculoskeletal assessment, trigger points, massage assessment and referrals, myofascial release and sports massage. He taught at the college for 13 years and also ran the student clinic.

Stephen now does workshops and private tutorials for various clinics. He loves to teach with a strong emphasis on anatomy and combines his knowledge of myofascial release, trigger points, active tissue release and specific treatment plans. Every year he participates in the week long cycling Chain Reaction Challenge and in his spare time he enjoys the outdoors with his family in the national parks.
