Yes, we do have HICAPS. You are able to claim the rebate directly from your health fund at the time of the appointment if you present a current health fund card and coverage is available for extras or ancillary services with your level of cover. Please check with your health fund regarding your level of coverage.  Please check with us that your therapist is registered with your health fund.  The therapist must be registered with your health fund in order for you to claim.  

We accept debit card, Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash.

There is a council car park at 41 Victoria Street next to the Mary Immaculate Catholic Church with 2 hour free parking.  Parking out front of the clinic is 30 minutes. There is also side street parking with longer park times.

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy to change or cancel an appointment. If you provide less our policy is to apply a 50% cancellation fee. 

We do understand that unexpected things happen sometimes – if you can’t give us 24 hours notice, please give us as much notice as possible – the more notice you give us, the more likely we will be able to fill your appointment with one of our wait-listed clients, and hence be able to ensure we can waive the cancellation fee.

Please note that if you simply do not show up to your appointment, or if you cancel frequently at very short notice, we reserve the right to refuse future bookings or will require payment in advance for future bookings.  We appreciate your  consideration to other clients needing our services and to us as a small business
