Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase.

Health fund rebates are not available on gift voucher purchases and gift vouchers received cannot be used to claim a rebate with your health fund.

Services terms and conditions

HICAPS rebates are available in the clinic. Please check the therapist you are booked with is registered with your health fund.  Most health funds do not offer rebates for the Floatation Tank.  Check if your health fund covers Remedial Massage or Osteopathy.

Treatments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Gift voucher appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a 100% cancellation fee. Not showing up for an appointment incurs a 100% cancellation fee. Please have consideration for other clients that may want your appointment.
